Becoming a photographer began, for me, as a simple hobby, turning into something that’s almost overtaken my soul. It seems like the more I photograph, the more in-tune with the world I become: colors are a little brighter, shadows are a little deeper, the way light falls on an object keeps me spellbound. The options become endless - it’s not about how to take a photograph, but how to narrow the choices down to a few.

I see things as they could look by a click of the shutter. To me it’s those fleeting milestones and moments I want to capture forever.

I love capturing a happy family, or following a couple from the wonderment of engagement to the whirlwind wedding day. It’s amazing to photograph maternity photos that showcase the growing beauty of life; then shoot the precious new life that results. What’s even more incredible is following those children as they grow into teens and embark on their college careers with senior portraits.

When you see my photos I hope you can almost feel the emotion and feel like you KNOW the person that’s gazing back at you. I want to tell each subject’s story as if it were my own. In turn, you will have some amazing photographs to cherish the rest of your life.

I primarily shoot JPEG, and use RAW occasionally.

I edit all photos with a combination of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop CS3.Photobucket

I found your ad on Craigslist. I am happy I did. I have two daughters and I would love to take pictures with them at Belle Isle (springtime, of course).
